Privacy Policy:

Hitech Industries treats your privacy in the highest respect.  All information you provide to us will never be disclosed to or otherwise sold, traded, or marketed to any third party, unless otherwise noted by a court of law or legal reference.  Hitech Industries does not tolerate nor endorse any form of spam marketing to our customers and will take legal action to any firm thereof who violates these terms.  Any information gathered from the consumer will strictly be for the sole purpose of direct business with Hitech Industries.  We offer our customers the highest levels of encryption technology available - this means that you can make purchases knowing your personal information is completely safe.  Here at Hitech Industries, we will not even keep sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) in our database, so all returning customers will need to re-enter this information with every new order.  The reason we ask for your telephone number is for referencing your account and in case there is a problem that requires direct contact with you.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be as happy as possible when shopping with us.  After you place an order, it will be processed and will typically ship within 24 hours (weekends excluded).  We do not charge your credit card until the order is processed so should you want to cancel items we have not yet shipped, please send us a copy of the order confirmation sent to you.

Do you wish to return any items you purchased here for a refund? No problem - Just be sure to return it before 30 days after receipt and we will refund your account with the products price after reception.  Please note: when returning equipment it must be returned in its original condition and please be sure to return it in the original manufacturer packaging.  

How to return items - We ask that you contact us prior to returning any item or if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase.  When you return any item, please include the packing slip in your return package & don't forget to wrap your package securely.  To make sure that your parcel arrives here safely, we recommend that you use insured mail (or UPS) for shipment. With low price products just use the least expensive form of return, such as parcel post.  Once we have received and processed the return item we will notify you about your refund via e-mail.  Please note, that we can only refund original shipping costs if the return of the item is a result of our error.

If you have a warranty problem we will be happy to exchange any item within 30 days of purchase - after the 30 days you may have to contact the manufacturer for replacement, depending on the product.  We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping at Skydeals, so if there ever is any problems or concerns, please contact us and we will figure out the best solution for you.

Unsolicited emails (SPAM):

No one hates spam more than we do.

skydeals.us and Hitech Industries have a ZERO tolerance policy against unsolicited emails (AKA SPAM) and will take legal action against all who violate this matter.  We are a proud member of CAUCE.ORG and their fight against the scourge of spamming which is a disruption and violation of our basic rights as internet users.  Any spam we receive will result in immediate complaints to all service providers involved (in both the transmission and email addresses listed) as well as the Federal Trade Commission.  Further action may include, but not be limited to, formal complaints filed with the State Attorney General for which you do business, and possible direct legal action, depending on the severity.  Our spam fighting actions here at Hitech Industries are responsible for hundreds of illegal spam websites being shut down every year. Any spam fax will be reported to the FCC.

We hate spam even more than you do, and take all violations of this basic internet protocol very seriously.  If you spam us or any other email address listed on skydeals.us, we will file complaints and get you shut down... plain and simple.  If you are a company who feels they must resort to mass bulk emails to sell a product then perhaps you should change careers.

A portion of all sales will be donated to SpamCop, one of the best resources for reporting unsolicited emails on the web.

Logos and images:

The contents of the skydeals.us web site pages, including but not limited to text, graphics, and images are property of Hitech Industries Inc. The skydeals.us web site also contains digital images produced by the original product manufacturers. These images are used on the skydeals.us website with authorization from the said manufacturers or distributors. No permission is granted by Hitech Industries for you to use these images in any capacity, either public or private. Permission is not granted here for others to use images supplied by the original product manufacturers. skydeals.us references manufacturers and distributors such as, but not limited to, Petra, RCA, Monster Cable, Echostar (Dish Network), Tru-Spec, and Commcast. Any actual, proclaimed, or inferred trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners. Hitech Industries is not related to or endorsed by any of the named companies.
